ukyat Terms & Conditions and Usage Agreement

1. General Agreement

From the moment you access the ukyat platform, open an account, or place any bets, you are considered to have read and agreed to these terms. This document is a legally binding agreement between the player and the ukyat platform, so please read it carefully.

If you do not understand these terms, please contact [email protected] before using the platform. ukyat reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and any changes will be published on the platform. Continued use after an amendment means you have agreed to the latest version.

This platform is for adults of legal age and those legally permitted to gamble only. Our service can be accessed from within Myanmar, but every player is personally responsible for checking whether doing so complies with the laws of their own location.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Restriction

You must be at least 21 years old to use ukyat. No person under 21 will be allowed to open an account. We may request proof of age, and if false documentation is submitted, the account may be closed immediately.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each player may only open one account on ukyat. Duplicate accounts believed to belong to the same person will be closed and the balances in those accounts will be subject to a decision. Accounts sharing the same household, IP address, or payment method may be investigated and determined to be duplicate accounts.

2.3 Accurate Information Required

You must provide complete and accurate information when registering an account. The name submitted for withdrawals must match the name on the payment account. ukyat is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information.

2.4 Account Security

You must keep your login credentials confidential and are personally responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you become aware that someone else has accessed your account without your permission, contact [email protected] immediately.

2.5 Restricted Regions

Persons from regions and countries where online gambling is prohibited under local law are not permitted to use ukyat. Using a VPN or any other method to bypass this restriction is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of the account balance.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

You can deposit on ukyat via KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay. The minimum deposit for every method is 5,000 Ks. ukyat does not charge a deposit fee, but any fees charged by the payment service provider are the player's own responsibility.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. After a withdrawal is processed, funds normally arrive within 10 to 45 minutes. The account used for withdrawals must be the same account used for deposits, and withdrawals to third-party bank cards are not permitted.

3.3 Verification Process

Identity verification may be carried out for large withdrawal amounts and for first-time withdrawals. A copy of your National Registration Card (NRC) may be requested, and withdrawals may be put on hold if the required documents are not provided.

3.4 Disputed Deposits / Withdrawals

If a problem arises with a payment, contact us immediately via 24/7 Live Chat or at [email protected]. Incorrect transfers and missing funds will be investigated and resolved, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the bank or payment service provider.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

ukyat's welcome bonus gives you 100% of your first deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. The bonus amount can only be withdrawn after meeting a wagering requirement of 25x (the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times).

• Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 40,000 Ks; wagering requirement = 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks to be wagered
• Deposit 420,000 Ks and receive the maximum 200,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 620,000 Ks; wagering requirement = 200,000 Ks × 25 = 5,000,000 Ks to be wagered

4.2 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus can only be claimed once per person. If ukyat finds that a player has attempted to withdraw before the wagering requirement is met, or has attempted to abuse a bonus, ukyat reserves the right to reclaim the bonus and any winnings earned from it. A bonus is only valid if the wagering requirement is completed within the set time from the date of deposit; the bonus will expire if the deadline passes.

4.3 Cashback and VIP Bonuses

There are three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — each offering weekly cashback bonuses. ukyat reserves the right to set separate wagering requirements and structural terms for VIP bonuses, which will be announced at the time the bonuses are issued.

5. Game Rules

5.1 Fair Play

Games on ukyat operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) and are subject to third-party audits. No individual can predict game outcomes in advance, and ukyat staff cannot alter them.

5.2 Prohibited Behaviour in Games

• Using bots or automated playing software
• Searching for and exploiting system vulnerabilities to abuse the platform
• Using playing patterns designed solely to farm bonuses
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes
• Allowing others to play on your account (Account Sharing)

If any of these violations are detected, ukyat reserves the right to withhold winnings and bonuses and to close the account.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a problem occurs during a game due to a lost connection, server issue, or technical error, ukyat will review the game data recorded before the problem occurred and make a ruling based on that. The data in the server log is treated as the final and definitive record.

6. Special Terms for VIP Levels

The ukyat VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Players can move up in VIP level based on their average betting volume —

• Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.7% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 1.0% cashback per week

Specific criteria for moving up or down in VIP level will be announced by ukyat alongside any programme changes. Players must personally request their VIP cashback bonus to receive it. VIP bonuses can only be used within the set period after they are issued.

7. Personal Data Protection

ukyat protects players' personal and financial data using SSL encryption. Details on what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it can be found in our Privacy Policy. We will not share personal data with third parties without the player's consent — except when required to do so under applicable law.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Account Closure and Bonus Cancellation

9.1 Circumstances in Which ukyat May Close an Account

• If a breach of these terms and conditions is detected
• If any form of fraud or attempted money laundering is found
• If duplicate accounts are discovered
• If it can be proven that an account was opened by someone under 21+
• If an attempt to abuse bonuses is detected

9.2 Players May Also Request Closure

To request account closure yourself, contact [email protected]. Any bonus amounts that have not yet met the wagering requirement will not be returned. ukyat will review the remaining balance systematically before taking further action.

10. Legal Restrictions and Liability Limitations

The ukyat platform is provided "as is" and we cannot guarantee it will be free from technical disruptions. ukyat is not responsible for delays caused by server issues, connection failures, or other external factors. Every player is considered to have confirmed that their access and play complies with the laws of their local area, and ukyat bears no responsibility for any legal consequences.

11. Amendments to Terms

ukyat reserves the right to amend these terms with prior notice. Major changes will be clearly announced on the platform, and if you are unhappy with any change you may request a withdrawal within the given period and stop playing. Continuing to play after any change is considered acceptance of the latest version.
